A deeply nourishing weekend retreat of gentle yoga and hands-on workshops, co-creating delicious gluten-free seasonal wholefood meals with author, educator and wholefood chef Angie Cowen.

This stunning 2 night retreat will be held on our gorgeous property in Yass River (under 3 hours from Sydney, and only 45 minutes from Canberra) in a picturesque mudbrick homestead on 14 beautiful country acres.

Food

I love nothing more than bringing people together over a nourishing meal, and will be here, ready to nourish your insides from start to finish.

All meals will be delicious, organic & biodynamic as well as gluten and dairy free. Friday dinner through until Sunday lunch are set around our stunning handcrafted Australian hardwood community dining table.

A wide selection of organic teas will be available all weekend to enjoy slowly, while taking in the beautiful ambience.

Cooking Workshops

Join me for a beautiful dive into connecting with food in a way you’ve never experienced. Create brand new relationships with food that leave you feeling more nourished, more satiated and more at peace. 

These engaging, hands-on cooking workshops will leave you inspired, informed and enabled to deeply nourish yourself and your loved ones by creating nutrient rich wholefood meals at home.

Goodies

Not only will you be taking home the recipes that you prepared over the weekend and a copy of Making Peace Before You Eat, but if you bring along a cooler bag and containers you can take the leftovers too! We've checked with the chickens and they'll allow it just this once 🐣 

Yoga

We'll have a dear friend joining us as our yoga teacher for this weekend, an exceptional human who is committed to creating a safe and nourishing environment to inspire personal transformation and to support you in your journey towards connecting to your true purpose. No experience necessary. 

Accommodation

After being deeply nourished by your evening practice and wholefood dinner, settle in for a deep and rejuvenating sleep to the gentle night song of river frogs. All bedrooms are share style accommodation with 2-3 beds (perfect for bringing your besties or meeting a new one!) and are complete with luxe, organic bedding. Bathrooms are shared and set up with beautiful organic towelling and high quality organic toiletries.

  • 7.30am - yoga
  • 9am - breakfast
  • 10.30am - cooking workshop #3
  • 1pm - lunch
  • 2pm - closing circle
  • 2.30pm - departure
